Terms and Conditions

At this time, we are only shipping to mainland UK.

Once your order is placed it will be shipped via royal mail within 7 days.

We offer a 14 day cooling off period from the date of shipping, during this time you can contact us at hellothere@cabbagesandqueens.co.uk to arrange a collection at your cost. A full refund will be given once the goods have been received and checked.

In the event that your glassware is damaged during delivery please email us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with photos attached of the damage, so we can report the issue to royal mail.
Faulty/damaged goods will be collected and replaced at our costs. This is accordance with the consumer contracts regulations of 2013. Or a full refund given.

Please note that as our glassware is handpainted colours might slightly vary to the colours on your phone/computer screen due to variations in your monitor settings.
